Jackie Ives Leads WMA Amatuer Championship After Washougal

Jackie Ives (Yam # 76) of Exeter, CA had her first overall win at an WMA Amateur race with a 1 - 1 sweep at the Washougal MX National this past weekend. Ives rode strong in the first moto winning large lead over the rest of the very competitive field of fast women racers. In moto two she battled with Hailey Larson (Yam

#84) of Mill Valley, CA but again tookthe checkers in first. Ives now leads the WMA Amateur Championship with 130 points, Brooke Hodges (KTM #144) is in 2nd with 105 points and Sara Price (Kaw #78) stand in 3rd with 100 points.
